By creating an account or using DashCloud, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DashCloud provides AI-powered review analysis and leaderboard tools for businesses. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts. Your card will be charged automatically after the trial unless you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
Upload content that infringes third-party rights
Resell or sublicense access to the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

DashCloud and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload.
